［花生米漿］
為台灣傳統飲品，多用於搭配早餐，
鄭氏一家,早於三十多年前經營早餐店，
花生米漿已是招牌飲品，在雙親退休後，
我們再精緻化，使用土地友善耕作的農產品，
［台南產的黑芝麻］、［雲林產花生］、［台灣糙米］，
研製［黑芝麻花生糙米漿］
所有內容物皆為台灣農產，
全程由我們自己炒炙，講究每一個細節處理，
使用低溫烘培保存食材營養素，
並要求香濃可口的最大值表達。
期待發揚台灣精緻農產，
推廣使用在地食材以減少碳足跡，
友善耕作無農藥，對人類的必要性。
After both parents retired, we refined the product by using land-friendly agricultural products, such as black sesame from Tainan, peanuts from Yunlin and brown rice from Taiwan, to make black sesame peanut and brown rice syrup. We pay attention to every detail and use low-temperature baking to preserve the nutrients of the ingredients and to achieve the maximum expression of aroma and flavour. We hope to promote the use of local ingredients to reduce our carbon footprint and the need for friendly farming without pesticides.
