選用台南關廟特產的鳳梨最香最甜,經篩選、削皮、切丁、打汁加入白砂糖,慢火熬煮1小時,加入桂花提香,過程中絕不加任何一滴水和香料,呈現出鳳梨原有的風味,香氣四溢,再搭配現洗的愛玉果凍,吃進嘴裡的剎那口感,滑嫩Q彈又不失清爽,吃過後更是令人回味無窮,好吃到讓人忍不住一口接一口,美味不離手!
