紫蘇梅雞是店內超人氣必點招牌，選用正土雞下去微炸後，再佐以特製紫蘇梅醬，師傅們有經驗的火候控制下，以三杯縮汁的方式，將醬汁縮入雞肉裡，入口雞肉融合著紫蘇梅的味道，微酸微甜的滋味，無論大人、小孩、長輩都特別喜愛的一道佳餚。
