很多人都不知道韓國冬粉為什麼放久了,還是Q彈,不像台灣冬粉放久吸太多湯汁就不好吃了。因為台灣冬粉是綠豆做的,韓國冬粉是地瓜粉做的,我們採用台灣新鮮蔬菜與在地台南水仙宮市場的溫體豬肉,一起大火快炒的香氣,底部一口台灣在地好吃的白米飯,一起拌勻食用,韓國料理拌飯加上炒豬肉蔬菜冬粉,真的很美味。
Many people don’t know why Korean winter noodles are still Q-tip after being left for a long time, unlike Taiwanese winter noodles which don’t taste good after being left for a long time and absorbing too much soup. We use fresh vegetables from Taiwan and stir-fried pork from the local market in Tainan’s Shuixiangong, and stir-fry them together with the aroma of the delicious white rice.
