以『食補』理念出發，特選含有豐富維生素E和高抗氧化成分並俱有『天下第一香』稱號的台南西港在地黑麻油與口感Q彈的台梗九號米並搭配薑絲、履歷雞蛋和嚼感獨特的國產雪花豬頸肉(又稱黃金六兩松阪豬)拌炒，起鍋前再佐些許九層塔，形成這道充滿塔香、蛋香、麻油香為健康加分的炒飯料理。
The dish is made with aromatic black sesame oil from Xigang, Tainan, which is rich in vitamin E and high in antioxidants and is known as “the best aroma in the world”, and Qiu Hao rice with ginger, chicken egg and chewy pork neck (also known as golden six taels Matsusaka pork).
