The new dish is a sensation before its launch, featuring Sichuan’s famous Chongqing grilled fish in a special spicy sauce and classic Hua Diao wine, first marinated, then roasted in sauce and then poached, using tender grouper. After tasting the fresh and spicy fish, it is transformed into a spicy seafood hotpot with the addition of stock, which is a must-try.
