小魚干貝醬是家星極獨門手炒伴禮其中一款，與嘉南藥理大學產學合作委託檢驗，更有投保產品責任險！小魚干貝醬與一般市售看起來顏色較深的不同，家星極的小魚干貝醬看起來清澈，實則味道濃郁鮮美，裡面所有食材皆需手工仔細挑揀，小魚乾及干貝都是海裡的食材，當中可能摻有漁網、樹枝、等等的不可食髒污，所以必須慢慢的挑揀乾淨並重複清洗，鮭魚更是需要細細的挑刺，避免微刺誤食，前置作業相當繁複，炒醬過程更需長時間拌炒至食材熟透香氣四溢，一罐靈魂醬料只需一碗白飯就可以吃出新高度！拌飯、拌麵、炒菜、更是讚
It is one of the hand-fried accompaniments of the Home Star Extreme. It is tested in collaboration with the Chia Nan University of Pharmacy and is covered by product liability insurance. The dried small fish and scallops are all seafood and may be laced with inedible dirt such as fishing nets, twigs and so on, so they must be carefully selected and washed again and again. The stir-frying process takes a long time until the ingredients are cooked to perfection and the aroma is overwhelming, so a jar of soul sauce can be eaten with just one bowl of rice!
