炭火慢燉3小時的功夫雞湯，使用滋補的烏骨雞及農場自家醃製的破布子燉煮，湯頭呈現琥珀色，口感濃厚而不濁鮮甜又可口，雞肉軟爛而不材，雞湯與雞肉呈現一致性的和諧口感，農場餐桌雞湯排行第一名的，每年更是宅配2千鍋以上。
