大坑休閒農場的餐桌食材90%都自給自足，民國80年農場主人開始養殖蘭嶼種迷你豬，便也有了農場的人氣招牌菜，特別選用6個月大的成豬，迷你的大小，肉質是成豬的口感，費時3小時烘烤，它的皮偏硬脆，肉質厚實多汁，千萬別把它想成是小乳豬薄薄一層喔!
In the 1980s, the owner of the farm started raising Orchid Island miniature pigs, and this has led to the farm’s popular signature dish. The miniature size is made from 6-month-old adult pigs, and the meat is the texture of an adult pig.
