大坑在地村莊特別滋味，每當筍季農忙時，大家會互相幫忙農作事務，總會煮這樣一鍋料很豐富的飯一起享用，內容料豐富：油蔥、香菇、蝦米、魷魚、雞肉、豬肉，每家每戶的滋味都不同，村莊裡戶箱放伴的特有食物，也是大坑里節慶特有的民俗扛飯擔文化。
When the bamboo shoots are in season, everyone helps each other with the farming work and always cooks a pot of rice with a lot of ingredients, such as green onions, mushrooms, shrimps, squid, chicken and pork.
