上品五花肉洗淨, 抹乾切件, 加入醃料稍醃片刻。 再先燒熱鍋,置入蒜頭爆香,倒入五花肉與特製南乳汁略炒並倒入水蓋過,大滾後轉細火炆至餘下少量水即成。簡單大方的五花肉再搭配綠色花耶菜,再個別配上南乳醬、辣椒醬、與糖醋高麗菜⋯不只有在外觀上有豐富變化,品嚐上更有美食口慾的層次。
Wash and dry the pancetta, cut it into pieces, add the marinade and marinate for a few minutes. Add the garlic, stir fry the pork with the special sauce and cover with water, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and braise until a little water remains.
