古錢餅(外圓內方)近似古錢，有古樸喜氣的質感。古錢餅又稱錢母餅：「吃古錢餅 生錢仔子」，古錢除了象徵財富，自古以來也是避邪的吉祥物，所以古錢餅對防疫、祈福深具意義。
以椪餅相同的原料麵團，烘烤前加上「孔方兄」專利形體壓痕，讓其不膨發所製作而成，因烘烤時間較短，所以吃起來更為Q軟純粹，老少咸宜。
※採用甘蔗渣+稻稈混和壓製而成，可以吃的「秸稈盒」作包材，不只保護古錢餅不易壓破，也未環保盡一份心力。
Ancient money cakes (rounded on the outside and square on the inside) resemble ancient coins and have a simple and cheerful texture. The ancient coin cake is also known as the mother of coins: “Eat the ancient coin cake and give birth to a son of coins”. The dough is made from the same ingredients as the pon cake, with the patented “Kung Fong Bro” indentation to keep it from puffing up before baking.
